How do I format a laptop & re-install?

Hi there,
I found an old laptop at the dump the other day, it is a toshiba t8000 PII system. How do I format the HD that is running windows 98 and re-install it with 98 second edition?
Do I need to make a disc with the drivers for sound etc? If so where will I find the files I need etc.
Any help would be great.

Just boot it from a Win98 CD. Try Toshiba's website for the drivers.
