problem with downloading

hi
please close this thread if it is something i shouldn't be asking about.
i have had to reformat my pc lately as my c drive went down.
but since this has happened my download speed is all but none existant.
my connection speed is ok 8.1mbps. but when i go on to azureus my download speed is in bps & not kbps. they say i have a NAT problem. anyone have any idea what this is.????
as i have said sorry if it is a banned topic but i have no idea whats happened.....................

sorted out the NAT problem . now showing green smiley faces in azureus but the download speed is still at a crawl bps & not kbps.
any ideas.:madhack:
