View Full Version : File - ksuser.dll & sbusb.dll, HELP plz

right, everytime, i do my automatic updates from microsoft, it gives me one update to install, but when i try and download and instal it i get the following message,

the file ksuser.dll on windows home edition service pack 2 cd needed.
type the file path where the file is located and then click ok.

can anyone plz help, also when my pc first starts up, i get the following warning message - error loading sbusbdll.dll, the specific module could not be found.

- If you're running WinXP version earlier than SP2, you'll need to update to SP2 (http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/xpsp2.html) before installing other updates that require SP2.

- If you have a WinXP SP2 CD, put it in the CD/DVD drive then point to the CD/DVD drive when the update asks for the path of the .dll.

- Most .dll's can be downloaded here (http://www.dlldll.com/).

yeah i am running windows xp with service pack 2, but dont have any cd, everything come pre-loaded onto the pc

right, have downloaded the ksuser.dll file, copied and pasted it into system 32 folder (am presuming that where it goes ), but it says its already there. AAAAaarghh
