I've got an ISO file which is around 7GB that I need to burn to DVD and swear that I've done it before but can't remember how to do it?
Any help?

A Single Layer DVD (DVD-5) has a maximum capacity of 4.37GB.
A Dual Layer DVD (DVD-9) has a maximum capacity of 7.95GB.
An ISO of 7GB would require a Dual Layer DVD disc.

How about a VIDEO_TS folder?

If the VIDEO_TS folder is larger than 4.37gb, you need a dual layer disk, as BlackDiamondJr said.
There's no way it will fit on a single layer disk, unless you run it through DVD Shrink (or similar) to compress it.
