ISO file help

I have downloaded a file which is an .ISO file. I assume it needs to be bootable to install the program. How do I do this? I just tried dragging the file across in Nero but that just leaves me with a CDR with .ISO file on it :(

burn it with DVDdecrypter. Mode/ISO/Write

Yup as mentioned above that would be the easiest way to do it.
