Real Audio to Wav or MP3

Does any of you guys know a quick and easy way to get a Real Audio stream into a .wav or .mp3 file ??

there is a program called "SUPER" that will do the trick... there are many others, I beleive GoldWav is capable of doing this also (not sure) search google for convert real audio stream to mp3 and you'll find many tuts.
