I got a Friend that is receiving emails from somebody they do not want anything to do with!!

how do you put a block on them coming

If it has to be done with a junk mail filter can it be done so you can't still see them.

Easiest thing would be to install the free version of Spamfighter, you can still look at them if you wish as they go to seperate Junk folder which you delete manually when you wish.

its at work so we can't install any other programs

you could set up a rule that moves any emails directly to the deleted items folder. Then just set your outlook to empty the deleted items folder when you exit outlook.
