AIM virus

aight guys, i got this wierd virus/trojan or whatever thats annoying me. whenever i go to my AIM profile this comes up

"lol hey guys check out http://molotov.us/itr/lmao.*** for a good laugh :-)"

even after i delete it, it comes back after a while. I have tried running adawre and spybot along with doing the trendmicro.com online scan, uninstall and reinstall AIM, deleted all user settings for aim but it is still there.

does anyone know how to remove this?
