I wondered if they're ok because i'm thinking of signing up with them in the next few days,i like the idea with Virgin that there's no 12 month contract.

Just done a comparisonn between nildram (my home isp) and virgin at adslguide http://www.adslguide.org.uk/isps/compare.asp?nildram=ON&virginnet=ON&cmp_action=Compare . Based on that they look pretty poor. Adslguide has most uk isp's costs and ratings, and there are many isp's that have a 1 month contract.

I've already looked at the adsl guide but wanted comments from people rather than a chart than may or may not be accurate.
I can't find many isp's that offer a 1 month contract complete with activation and modem (£9.99 extra) for under £25 a month,so i'd appreciate it if you could list a few and i'll look into them.
thanks

I use Pipex www.pipex.co.uk (http://www.pipex.co.uk/) and I havent had any problems with them :)"A £58.75 cancellation fee applies should you cancel within the first twelve months".
Thats cheap. In the US we have a $300 cancelation fee on average.

I'd highly recommend pipex, although you could also try here www.eclipse.net.uk (http://www.eclipse.net.uk/) very good reviews and pretty good results on adslguide.
Check below link to compare, but in regard to are virgin any good well i'd say their the worst available.

Try http://www.v21.co.uk/v21/index.asp. From £19-99 per month with 1 month contract.
