wiicube collection

hi guys,
i have a chipped wii, when i put these discs in I get a screen up but my remote dies so i cant do anything? What should i be doing?

Get a Gamecube controller. Wiicube are run in GC mode and your Wii remote doesn't work in GC mode.
Gamestation do a cheapie for £7
