I want to format the family PC as it's running like a b!tch at the moment. My parents use Outlook Express for their emails. Is there any way of backing up the emails they have on there so that after I have formatted the PC I can put them back on and they can be viewed as they are now?

Thanks

I believe there are various programs that you can use for this or you could just do what this link (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670) says.
HTH.

Just stick them on a pen drive? usually located in C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{15A14E9A-E911-4B9E-B993-A5631C2E20DB}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\Inbox.dbx as an example, but just right click on your inbox folder while in outlook express and select properties that,ll show the link which you can just paste into browser without the Inbox.dbx at the end to view/save.
