Serial Ports

Hi,
I have got a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and trying to get the com port working.
The serial port does not come fitted it comes with a header so i had to plug it in.

I have plugged it into the mobo and plugged in the device, in device manager under Ports (COM & LPT) I have Communications Port (COM11) but it has the yellow exclaimation mark next to it.
I have tried updating the drivers but it says the wizard could not find another match.
The pc doesnt find the device at all.

What can i do to fix this?
Is there some kind of driver I need?

Check that it's enabled in the BIOS.

You do not need to install the drivers for COM and LPT. Make sure the COM cable is connected to the header correctly. Note that the wire for pin 1 is marked for easy identification.
