Hello everyone
My freind has asked me to post this question for him, to see if anyone can help with it;
He was trying to copy a backup of a dvdr on his P.C. The disc he was copying created a 'J' drive on his computer. He now cant copy anything and If he deletes the J drive, the computer shuts down and re-boots. any help would be appreciated thanks.:)

Hi Mr Snatcher
Ive just spoken to him, and he tells me he was using Pinnacle Instant copy, but also he has been using a few others (that he cant remember the names of)
He says the main problem is the J drive that the film he was coping created (he hasnt got a J drive) and since this has appeared on his computer none of the programmes work? Sorry I cant be more indepth.

That would be an image drive created by pinnacle. I know you said dvdr, but he is using instant copy to copy the original then to dvdr? I havent used that prog in a long time. My opinion..he should just remove instant copy and use dvdshrink. By removing IS it should remove the image drive too.

If he was going to make a copy of a copy (dvdr to dvdr) then he doensn't need to use pinnacle. Use DVDdecrypter to rip the dvd to iso and burn the iso.
By the way, it's free!
