Epson r360 problem

hi everyone , got a epson r360 which has got a waste pad full error , i need to be able to slide the ink cart carriage over so i can take out the ink carts ?

why do you want to remove the carts? anyway theres a little release catch you press to release it midway up the carriage at the rear (little white plastic catch) press it and slide carriage left. Or when you first power it on when the carriage moves pull out the power cable from the rear when its moved from its starting position.

because ive been using a continous ink system which must of been faulty as it was doing a cleaning cycle every time i started to print , i did email the supplier but didnt get no reply so carried on using the printer and now the waste ink pads are full and the printers only 2 months old , so i want to take the carts out and put the epson ones back in , not to sure if epson will replace the printer with this error mind ?
