Count and Status please

hopefully I am now in the right forum.
On old site I was karaoke_rob but sadly when I registered on this one I forgot the underscore and have just registered as
karaoke rob so my old count and status did not carry across.
Can this be adjusted please.

By the way the update is not automatic so the different usernames was not the reason for it not occuring.
