Wi Fi - Can this be done

Got a BT 2700 wireless hub in my bar, when people connect and disconnect can an automated message be sent to them saying "Welcome to ........ Bar..etc"

u can do it on a router a message of the day or banner of the day but never heard of it on a hub but even on the router its used when some1 is about to config it so not to sure u can configure ur hub
