x box live and softmod help please

soft modded a m8s x box some time ago and some how when he turns it on it stays on x box live update and wont budge any ideas please ,also a new one on me got x box all files modded ok to it but wont run back ups i have done nothing differant to others with no probs ? many thanks for looking ps a freind in need is a pest lol my m8s that is:clown: :cheers:

Sounds like Mr. Doofy tried going on XBL with the mod on. It might be possible to reformat the HD

the first one u mention needs to be chipped to work again i had on go like this and i sent it to cheekymonkey from on here
