Anyway I can get my mp3s from iPod Video to PC?

Is there any method or tool I can use to get the mp3's and possibly the videos from my ipod video back over to my pc?

Method:
You can access the mp3's and mp4's on the iPod Video via 'My Computer'
Just open the iPod in My Computer (you need to have hidden files shown in folder options - and the iPod needs 'Disk Mode Enabled')
Navigate to a folder called 'Music' and this folder will contain lots of folders beginning with the letter 'F' Normally F00 through to F49
These folders contain all the music and video files on the iPod.
However the filenames are obscure making it impossible to tell which songs are which. This may not pose a problem if you are loading the files into a music database program (like winamp, Musicmatch, iTunes etc) as the program will load IDTAGs from the mp3's and not the filename.

Tool:
I have used a piece software called 'iPod Access For Windows'
that will back up the entire contents of the iPod or selected files, and it will save the mp3's/mp4's with the correct filename making it easier to find/locate the files you need.............however, this software is not freeware.
