What version ps2 do I have???

how do i check which version ps2 i have??? i saw a chart somewhere a couple of weeks ago but i cant remember where. thats how i ordered the smartchip v1 - v8 because i have either a v3 or v4 i cant remember which one can someone post a chart or tell me how to figure out which version i have so i know which diagram to follow in order to install the modchip.. thanks in advance

To make a long story short If you are certain that its a SCPH 30001 model a verison 3 would have 10 screws and a version 4 would have 8

Version 1-3 all look similar from the outside they are all 30001's and all have 10 screws.
You have to check the serial number or open it up to determine if its a model number 1,2, or 3

Other tips
3's have ribbon cables and version 1 and 2's dont
