Is "Roxio Easy CD and DVD creator 6" a dvd authoring tool?

Can you author a dvd with Roxio Easy CD and DVD creator 6?
Will it accept vcd, or svcd mpegs and convert into a dvd?

It won't author a DVD but will burn VCD mpeg files.

Do you mean that I can burn multiple vcds onto a dvd disc, and play in a dvd player?

No.

You would need something like SVCD2DVD for that or DVD-Lab.

I haven't actually used it but I belive it will author DVD's - albeit with limited menu features etc. When you go inter the Roxio project selector select DVD Builder.
