Hiya,
Was using my laptop a bit ago, just surfing, nowhere dodgy and didn't install anything.
When went to restart the PC it goes to start up, goes most of the way, shows me my desktop picture and then flashes up the blue screen and restarts. I filmed the blue screen (since it only flashes up for seconds) and it says something about having installed new hardware or software and that it's shutting down to protect the PC from futher damage.
The time this first happened i had left and auto running CD in the drive (just one with a slide show on it) could this have cused the damage?
Tried rolling back to last good version, but that's not helped.
Anyway I can force it to start normally (not in safe mode) or something that I can do in safe mode to roll even further back?
