Hi i have a genius netscroll mouse, and the wheel sometimes get stuck down, so when ever i click on winamp, it sends the track to the start :yell1:
any ideas on how to clean it without taking the mouse a part lol

you could try a pressurised air spray, you can buy it in tins for a couple of quid, just srpay it into the gaps and it should blow away any gunk, hopefully.
having said that, new mice are that cheap now it might be worth gettin a new one
Yeah, pressurised air might do something, failing that take it apart, but not before ordering a new one, just in case ;) Ebuyer do a good optical mouse for around £3 IIRC.

If it's a sticky substance, pressurized air alone would be futile. Try dripping some rubbing alchohol into the openings around the wheel and then spin/push the wheel around to loosen things up. Then, of course, let it dry or use the pressurized air.
