Can anyone recommend a ipod video convertor that doesnt go out of sync when converted

I've tried two different ones now, Xilisoft and Winavi. Both are great progs, easy to use and quick, thing is that once the video has been converted into Mpeg4 the audio goes out of sync bigtime after about 45 mins.

Can anyone recommend a good prog where out of sync doesn't exist.

If you rip from DVD or use a downloaded vobset and use DVD Fab Platinum to convert to iPod, the sync stays good. I know this is only good for movies (not TV Episodes etc.) and it takes longer to download, but this is a fairly sure way of getting a good copy on the iPod

Most of the avi converters cause this problem ..... not really worth all the hassle ;)
