help with open links(internet explorer)

Hi i am running win xp pro
the problem i have is when i open up my homepage or any other internet page the first page loadas fine
but when i click on link and the second page appear it doesnt load it is just blank
can anyone help

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Are you actually connected? Perhaps your home page is loading from the cache? Do you get an error message or just a blank screen? Have you tried another browser - perhaps get someone to download netscape for you? Does your email still work fine? Is this a new install or a new problem with the old stuff that used to work fine? Have you changed any hardware / software / drivers recently? Are you protected from all those internet nasties out there that can stuff your browser up?
