connecting to another pc on my network

hi all here's the problem i'm running 3 pc's through a router (no probs here)

but i have ran the xp setup to view other pc's on my network,so me and my kids can share folders.from 1 pc to the other,made a floppy as xp said ran them on the other pc's but cant see the other workgroups,on my pc it says mshome is not accesible you might not have permission ect,,contact administator.

any help with this,all pc's r running xp
