Runtime Error, what is it??

I keep getting the following error message when I go on certain websites:-

I press no and it keep popping up, I press yes and some sort of debigging software loads up which I know nothing about.

How can I stop it happening?

If you are using Internet Explorer, try putting a check mark next to "Disable Script Debugging in Internet Explorer" under the Advanced tab in Internet Options.
