Outlok prob

All of a sudden I get a Microsoft Outlook dialogue box appear when I open Outlook saying "the add-in"C:\windows\system32\XCOLExt.dll" could not be installed or loaded.The problem may be resolved by using detect and repair on the help menu." I have tried this and system restore but with no luck.Every thing seems to work OK.I am running XP home.Any Ideas people?
