got a 260, have 3 games, they wouldnt work so have hd and memory card, football manager 2006 works fine. but godfather and gears or war wont work. any idears???

Any more info - ie how do the games not work? It could be a bad burn, weak laser in the drive, bad brand of discs etc.

they load to the press start screen then nothing happenes

xbox in ireland are nowt but fools.
rang about the xbox not playing 18 rated games, its clear who ever is on the phones is reading from a trouble shoot list, so waited for teck support to ring me... waited 5 days, rang back today, and they rang me back, its the same old crap ive heard already off em... then hes telling me i need to try more games to make sure the xbox isnt working!!!! the games have already been tested and are fine, but xbox demand i try more games:(
why cant they just say send it back???
whats the hells up with the dicks?
they is somat stopping me play 18 rated games, despite no family setting on the xbox:(
guess i better ring em back soon to tell em the xbox wont play any games that are 18 rated.
