advice needed to put mind at rest

right got the kids a 360 for xmas flashed been gradually downloading some games and testing them when the kids aren't about just downloaded lego bionicale put it in it booted up and i get a message you need updates to play this game is it alright to except the update i think it must be ok but as the console is flashed just wanted to make sure it wont do any damage.

I got the same message when i tried that game and a few others, you should be fine in updating

Wait until you go on Live, every game I've played so far (COD3, Pro Evo 6, Gears Of War, PGR, GRAW) has asked to update!
