xbox live games on unmodded, not online xbox360?

is there anyway to get the xbox live games onto an unmodded, not online 360?
Also while i'm posting the Offilical Xbox360 mag gave a way a free final fanasy game awhile ago, i understand that it gets installed onto the hard drive (?) could i get that to install from a dvdr onto the same machine?

There is this release available which has Xbox Live Arcade games on it:

demo disks from official magazine, but these r only demos, dont think there is a way really. Its called xbox live arcade for a reason i think :)
