via 6421A drivers needed for generic card?

card arrived and it wasnt a 6421L, but a 6421A

it didnt have any drivers, but has 2 SATA ports, 4 USB and an IDE

has anyone got the drivers for this card so I can get started (XP didnt recognise it as I'd hoped)
