View Full Version : Surround Sound on PC working on TV?

I all, i got a pack of 5 speakers and a sub for xmas, the sub is great as it is powered from the mains, and since then i have now only got the sub, and instead of the 5 tiny speakers i have 4 speakers from 2 hifis lol. The sound is alot cleaer (although cos of inbuilt bass ahve to turn bass low through computer when really loud, anyways, moving house and i was wondering if i set the speakers around my new room properly so it wud sound great if there was anyway to wire my TV to be able to use the sub/speakers? wud be good for xbox and jsut better sound cos my tv is really quiet with dvds (weird i no!) thanks alot

If your TV is Quiet playing DVDs, then use the Remote Control of the DVD Player to Turn up the Sound, or conect your TV to the DVD via Stereo Leads....U can buy "Multi Scart Switching Units" Lots of little boxes of tricks in "MAPLINS Stores" I'm sure there be a few of em in East Anglia.......
