burnt this twice and getting dirty disc error on both burns?

anyone else getting this?

i have a game save off the non collectors edition

now trying with no hdd on

EDIT - same with no hdd still getting dirty disc errors :(

I had this problem on the original NFS:C release. Burning at 2.4x instead of max on Verbatim discs solved it for me.
