quick XBOX 360 question

Hi there,

If I get my 360 flashed for it to run the latest games, am I right in thinking that if M$ bring out a new firmware upgrade for newer games, does it mean it'll need re-flashing again?

I know this is the case (or was) with the PSP, so is it the same?
