Dear xxxxxx,
In three days time we will be performing an upgrade on your line that should make it more stable and reduce faults.
What happens once your line has been upgraded?
When the upgrade is complete, you will experience a 10-day stabilisation period. A careful examination of your telephone line will automatically take place to establish the most stable connection you can receive on your telephone line.
In the meantime, If you have any questions, you can find out more at AOL Keyword: Network Upgrade (http://channels.aolsvc.co.uk/discover_aol/article.adp?id=20060921122609990001) or chat directly with one of our customer service representatives at AOL Keyword: Live Help (http://channels.aolsvc.co.uk/help/article.adp?id=20051216055509990016).
Alternatively, you can call 0870 320 2020* and speak to one of our agents.
Best wishes,
