hi,

the seems to be 2 specific problems when i use windows explorer (no IE):

1 - the address bar is not showing near the top of the window. the word "address" appears on the far right hand side, but no text box for typing is availabe. also when i right click "address" i can choose to show the "go" button, however when i do, it does not show up.

2 - its seems as if the bottom of the window (the grey area) has been cut off. its the area that shows the number of object in that folder e.g. 13 objects (plus 4 hidden) and also the size of the file.

how do i get them back?

thanks

1. right click on the toolbar and make sure "Lock The Toolbars" isn't ticked. Then click on the word "address" and a four pronged arrow should appear. Whilst clicked on the word Address then drag the word down and a new toolbar should appear below with the Address bar in it.

2. View/Status Bar

Like above... Right click on address and make sure all options are ticked.
