Hi all, just a quick question. I live in a shared house and we have a 100.00 mbps connection through NTL, which we split it four ways via a router. Most of the time I get speeds of 70kbps+ although recently It has been a lot slower. I was wondering if there is any way I can change my settings so I can get the majority of the connection speed, I want to do this mainly because recently when I have been playing wolfeinstein ET I get connection interrupted all the time. The router is not in my room I just conect off the host PC, if anyone could help I would appreciate it :)

cheers

Highly unlikely, as domestic routers do not have anything to allocate bandwidth, your 100mbps connection is the speed that your router and your LAN card are linked on, its not your actual NTL speed, that speed will depend on what package you have purchased with NTL.
