Burning help please [Archive]

Hi

Downloaded this...

F.E.A.R. UNCUT (PAL) (Xbox360)

When I unrar I get a .dvd file and an image.000 file. Clonecd burns the image no problem but whenever I put the disk into my 360 I get unreadable disk. Would this need patching with an ss.bin file. It doesnt mention anything like that in the nfo.

also the layer break is set to the correct value...

It doesn't need patching. Are you using the latest version of CloneCD? v5.2.9.1. Also, which burner are you using, does it have the latest firmware and which dvdrom do you have in your 360?

Read another post on here about a guy who was having problems burning an image so he moved the image from one harddrive to another. And it burnt fine. Tried this myself and it worked....

Try defragging the drive you tried first m8. CloneCD isn't that robust in dealing with data delays / hard drive slow down etc.
