had my laptop around 5 months acer aspire ....some of the keys aint workin now,,,..also freezes all the time and shuts down when you least expect it...had a new fan installed 1 month ago due to over heating.....its under warranty so will they replace it??

I doubt they'll replace the whole machine, but I have found Acer Service excellent.
Give them a ring and speak to a techi. Also I found it a good idea to print a sheet, detailing the exact fault(s) and place it on the keyboard, when it's returned. This is useful to the tech, when he gets to work on it.
