problem with master and commander

I've just ripped the retail version of master and commander with smartripper and compressed it with dvd2one, I've used these for about a year. i chose to keep all extra and both soundtracks.The finished size I was left with was over 5gb and this will obviously not fit on a dvdr. I tried putting the compressed files through dvd2one again which is a trick I used once in the past but this had little effect. Has anyone ripped this title successfully and/or had any problems?

Try putting it through DVD Shrink again instead.
