Just bought new gigabyte GA 8IG1000MK mobo opinions please

Im currently buying the parts for a pc im currently going to be building ive bought this mobo and going to put a 28 - 3.0 ghz prescott processor in it, what does anyone think about this mobo?. Its on micro directs website?

i have the gigabyte 7vaxp m/b ... it's great.

dont forget all new gigabyte boards have the dual bios facility
so you can play around updating the bios without any risk to your m/b.
