Lexus satnav cd copy protection?

I'm trying to backup a cd for my car.
When i put the disk into the pc, it says there's 621Mb of oinfo on the cd.

I'm unable to explore with Explorer, its just a blank screen.

When i do i backup and puit the cd in the car, the error message "no map found" appears.

Is there some form of copy protection on the disk?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What software are you using for the backup? I have never heard of that kind of copy protection before especially not on software that wasn't a game. The only other thing I can think of is the file system on the CD if it something that is not able to be read by WIndows, but in that case I would just expect it to not read the disc at all. It all sounds a bit odd, I gotta ask you, are you viewing hidden files arent you?
