R200 help

just had the message from the printer that it needs a service

now it wont let me print a thing

is there anyway to overide this and am i just better buying another printer?

try the SSC Service Utility first.

or it's possible the cleaning sponge is full if so try the bottle method in the sticky which also works on the r200.

Just like to add that the SSC facility works fine but the waste ink still has to go somewhere. I actually used both methods mentioned and also soaked up a lot of the ink on the tips of cotton buds and kitchen roll. Using the SSC alone can lead to a sticky mess in the bottom of your printer.

also you could invest in a ciss ink system as the cartridges don't need to be cleaned as often so less waste ink.
