Weird problem, what seems to be wrong?

Hey guys.... I've started a new project its here www.blu-raytalk.com/index.php (http://www.blu-raytalk.com/index.php) and It will be moving to the domain intended but for know this domain www.bdfile.com (http://www.bdfile.com) redirects to it... the only problem is it comes out totally diffrent why is this?

The redirect adds a forward slash at the end of the url .... I think it's as simple as that .... i.e.

http://www.blu-raytalk.com/index.php/

I wish it was I took it off but it still happens as a matter of fact I didn't add the forward slash this happens automatically. Maybe this has something to do with the php portal I installed? I hear there not even search engine friendly... I'm going to convert it to mod_rewrite does anyone think this will work? Also would there be anyone I can employ to convert it to mod_rewrite for me the theme is compatible I will pay good money, through paypal....
