converting to a dvd-r...help !!!!

I have downloaded two cd's of a movie and have 1 bin and 1 cue file for each cd. I have looked for a guide on how to convert these types of files to dvd with no luck. Can anyone tell me how this can be done please? Do I have to burn each cd onto a cd then convert them to dvd or is there a quicker way of doing it??

Process depends somwhat on if they are VCD or SVCD images.
Anyway, I'm moving this to the DVD Video forum.

First download VCDGear, extract it to a directory and then run it and set Extraction/Conversion to cue/bin - mpeg then load the file .cue file, choose where you want the .mpeg file to save too and run it, saves wasting cds.
