When I first set it up it was fine, now I need to go back in there and I can't.

I didn't change the default login or pass but for some reason it won't let me log in now.

Can anyone suggest anything? I've tried resetting the router to factory default but no joy.

Thanks!

PS) I'm new to routers so bear with me.

you need to type in 192.168.1.1 then admin in username and password if you have'nt changed them.

Yeah that's what I'm saying mate, I haven't changed the settings (in the manual it says default is login (blank) and pass admin, I left it at that so I wouldn't forget but now I can't get in.

I've tried the default login info, and using admin as the user and pass but still no good.

and you have set it to factory default (pressed the little round rubber thing on the back of the router) which should reset it.

have you plugged in the yellow cable in the back of the router and your pc?

Yeah I tried resetting it but its still the same.

And yeah it seems to be connected right, always worked a treat.

only other reason left for you not being able to log in and that it is your username and password has been changed,
but pressing the reset button should set it back to factory settings.
