serial port to USB question

Is it possible to get a cable which converts a serial port to a USB port as I have received a digital camera as a present which requires a USB port, unfortunately I don't have a USB port.

Any ideas or suggestions guys?

Nope, but you can buy a PCI USB 2.0 card. For laptops, you can buy a PCMCIA USB 2.0 card.
