I get one real result followed by these everytime:

I have installed Spybot Search and Destroy and ADAWARE but this has still not been removed. I have run virus scan and also have Mcafee firewall running.
How can I remove this?

You're very welcome! So glad that it's now sorted! :) Please install Spybot S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download) and SpywareBlaster (http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html) and update them regularly to keep this from happening in the future.
