Can a 360 from HONG KONG/SINAPORE play PAL games?

A mate of mine can get hold of one of these but can it play PAL games?

He said it come with a UK power supply.

of course it can providing that the games are region free............some are region free, and some arent, if the games arent region free then youve no chance of playing them on your console.

do a search for "region free xbox 360 games" in google, i`m sure you`ll find which are, and which arent buddy
