The easiest way would be to use RDP (Remote Desktop Connection). This would let you use the internet connection on the machine at your home.

However to do this or to use VPN you need to have an internet connection, thus meaning you would not need need to use your home one.

It may help if you can explain a bit more what you are trying to do....

I wanna connect to my home pc connection via my wireless at campus.. and plug in the ps2 into the ethernet port on my pc, and tap into the connection so I can get around the ports which are blocked. im not planning on doing any p2p or anything. just simple ps2 gaming. the it here refuse to open ports bc they say i will fileshare, I told them they can monitor traffic but i think they are just lazy and full of excuses. I also would like to tap into my files on my home pc for easy access to stuff.
